Estimated Shipping Times and Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and delivery times depends on the destination and courier. Estimated shipping times by location after order processing:

• Macau: 1-3 business days
• China: 2–4 business days
• Taiwan: 5-10 business days
• Singapore: 5–10 business days
• Malaysia: 5–10 business days
• Thailand: 5–10 business days
• Indonesia: 5–10 business days
• Japan: 7–10 business days
• South Korea: 7–10 business days
  
• United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
• France: 6–10 business days
• Germany: 6–10 business days
• Netherlands: 6–10 business days
• Other European regions: 6–10 business days
• United States: 8–10 business days

Please be aware that during national holidays, dispatch times may be extended, potentially affecting delivery timelines. All orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to expedite or delay shipment.

Order Confirmation

Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Local shipments will be handled by SF Express. International shipments will be handled through SF Express, Fed-Ex, UPS or DHL Express. After your package is dispatched, you'll receive the tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress on the carrier’s website.
