How will I know if my order has been received?
Upon placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address within 12 hours. If you entered an incorrect email, contact our customer care team for assistance in receiving the order details by emailing info@warmwinterdays.com.
How can I cancel my order?
You are unable to cancel the order but we can assist you. Cancellation is only possible before our warehouse processes and ships the order. Once shipped, a shipping confirmation is sent. If you wish to cancel after shipping, you'll need to initiate a return for a refund.
Can I modify or add items to my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you would like to modify your order, you can place a new order and initiate a return request to send back your original order.

How do I care for my product?
All of our items come with care labels containing specific instructions for care and maintenance. We strongly recommend following these instructions to ensure proper care and longevity of your piece.
What size should I order?
Each item online includes a general size guide. All items have specific garment measurements available under the size guide button. For personalized sizing advice, feel free to reach out to us at info@warmwinterdays.com.

Shipping and Delivery
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the shipping address once your order is placed.
When can I expect a shipping confirmation?
We aim to ship your order within 2 days of placement. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email confirming shipment, including carrier details and tracking information.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number, you can monitor the package's journey on the carrier’s website. Deliveries are made to the specified shipping address.
How am I charged for customs?
Not all orders will have custom fees but we highly encourage you to check before placing an order to avoid surprises or delays. Customs fees are determined individually by the border of your delivery country and you will be notified of the customs charge once the order is arrived at your country's border by local customs authority or courier.
If you decide not to pay the custom fees after placing the order, we will issue a refund once the package is arrived at our warehouse. Any return fee or handling charges will be deducted from your refunded amount.
What should I do if my order is lost?
Upon delivery confirmation in your tracking information, we recommend waiting for 24 hours. If your order hasn't arrived after this timeframe, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached to each item, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or request an exchange, please reach out to us at info@warmwinterdays.com with your order number and details of the return/exchange.
Cost for return
All shipping costs due to exchanges/returns will be borne by the customer unless for faulty items. Shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges/returns and the customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the products back to our warehouse.
Paid Import duties and local tax
Once a shipment is processed through customs clearance, customs authorities do not issue refunds on the fees paid. Please note that duties, taxes, or any additional charges incurred will not be refunded by Warm Winter Days.
Sale Products
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Returns can take up to 10 business days to process from arrival at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@warmwinterdays.com.
