Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and delivery times depends on the destination and courier. Below are estimated shipping times by location after order processing:

• Hong Kong: 1-3 business days
• Macau: 1-3 business days
• China: 2–4 business days
• Taiwan: 4-7 business days
• Singapore: 5–10 business days
• Malaysia: 5–10 business days
• Thailand: 5–10 business days
• Japan: 7–10 business days
• South Korea: 7–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
• France: 7–10 business days
• Germany: 7–10 business days
• United States: 8–12 business days
• Canada: 8–12 business days

Free shipping is available for selected countries:

• Hong Kong: Free shipping on all orders
• United States: Free shipping on all orders over $150, a flat rate of $20 is charged on orders under $150
• China: Free shipping on all orders over $700 RMB, a flat rate of $70 is charged on orders under $700
• Taiwan: Free shipping on all orders over $3,000 TWD, a flat rate of $250 is charged on orders under $3,000
• Macau: Free shipping on all orders over $800 MOP, a flat rate of $40 is charged on orders under $800
  

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are borne by customer and are collected by the local customs authority or courier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine if any additional costs will apply to your purchase.

Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. After your package is dispatched, you'll receive the tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress on the carrier’s website.

International orders may require the customer to provide additional information to the carrier in order to ensure delivery. For this reason, you may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. The carrier will be unable to deliver your parcel without the additional details requested, and if you do not provide this information your parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
